COVID-19 is considered a disease. Its name incorporates the name the virus was given "Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
If you have COVID, its from the coronavirus. Not influenza, not rinovirus, not hepatitis. CORONAVIRUS.

As for your "through, not in" nonsense: When you drive your car, are you IN the car, or just passing through it? When you use the Lincoln Tunnel to get from Little Ferry to NYC, are you IN the tunnel when passing under water? Is bone marrow IN your bone, or just going THROUGH it? When you eat a slice of pizza, is the food IN your stomach? is your stomach IN your body?
Answer each question in light of your weak attempt to claim Gray and every single doctor in the past 100 years is wrong about nerves and pain receptors being IN bones.
