They own it by proxy. It’s almost like a system of oligarchs to create an illusion of free market. Politicians get to pick who runs these companies through back door deals and funding incentives, or threats to pull funding incentives if they won’t play ball. Or threats of “regulating“ you out of business. It’s all legal and tidy though since they set the rules.

George Bush stole the election from Al Gore in 2000. I believed it then and I still do. The whole attitude that we shouldn’t even investigate simply because the accusations are against our side is dangerous.

But there have been investigations. Completed by both sides of the argument. Same results. Are the Republicans who investigated part of the conspiracy, and hiding the results that would validate their very claims of fraud?

I just remember when liberals hated big pharma back in 08 and before. Nothing has changed since other than who is lobbying better. The subsidies to big pharma is masked in a veil of “helping lower prescription Drug costs” for poor people. You have to know that giving billionaires subsidies is bad in the oil industry and big pharma.

That’s not what I’m saying. We just shouldn’t cease to be vigilant and turn this into a political shell game. That’s what we are doing. Voter fraud could be perpetuated in the future this way.

Elections are stolen before the count, not during it. Fraudulent voter registration and unjust voter suppression happens before anything is counted. The big picture gets lost in all the BS.

I guess I’m not the “liberal” that I have been painted to be in this forum.
I don’t believe in subsidies unless the return is greater than the investment.
I don’t believe lobbying should be allowed.
I don’t believe people in government with vested interests should be allowed to effect changes that will benefit them directly.
I believe in capitalism and free enterprise, yet I have concerns about megacorps “taking over the world”.
