I never said he dropped his gun...

People who are giving up to the police usually drop their gun and tell them what they just did. Especially if they think it's self defense. He never did anything close to that. IMO Kyle was playing tough guy that night and got scared when he was confronted with a fist fight with a grown man and panicked.

Honestly why else would he walk up the police with his hands in air away from his rifle after shooting 3 people...he could've tried disappearing into the crowd but chose to actively approach the first police he saw...

Either way it doesn't fit into him fleeing the scene to go home...

No dropping his gun near a group of hostile people only gives them the opportunity to pick it up...

His hands high and away from the weapon was actually the smart choice...the rifle was in a position that would've given the officers more then enough time to act had he went for the weapon...

Would you really just go home if you just shot three people in self defense? Be honest. His hands were raised because he knew the cops had guns and told him to get out of the way. If his hands were on his gun then he would've probably been shot.

You just want him to be guilty...be real man...I tried given you the benefit of the doubt...but you want him guilty...

Where the fck else are you gonna go after attempting to turn yourself in...the bar...Denny's...of course anybody would go home ffs...but he wasn't fleeing home like you say...posy nothing but facts, right bobby...

The mysterious rock caused him to fall? If I got hit in the neck with a rock I would definitely check my neck for blood or a gunshot wound. He never did. He tripped and fell on his own. He shot the first guy because he threw a bag at him that he confused for a chain. There is a big difference between a chain and a plastic bag. The kid was scared that he was going to get his asss kicked and shot. I respect your opinion and who knows what really happened that night. I do know that a 17 year old carrying an AR -15 up and down the streets is just asking for trouble. Look up the video of him beating a girl up. He wasn't an angel.

If I shot three people in self defense I would call the police and tell them what happened. That's just me. I guess he needed to get home and have a bowl of cereal. I just think this case sets a bad precedence. What if the next kid who does this is 12? This case would lead me to buy my son an AR - 15 and tell them to shoot anybody who is possibly threatening them.

How many times you been in a real life threatening situation?

I seriously doubt any of that considering you expect a 17yo kid to make perfect choices in the middle of that...

Look up the Ross shooting in Las Vegas. I was about 30 or 40 feet away. I was in a B of A when it got robbed at Flamingo and Decatur in Las Vegas. We had to crash land in Shreveport, LA on my recruiting trip to Tennessee. It was a Delta flight and an engine blew up on take off. The bar where our company cashed checks on Fridays was robbed and the owner was shot and killed. I was about 40 feet away. His name was Greg King and the bar was named Duffy's Tavern in Las Vegas. I don't lie man.
