Reduction of something isn't prevention.

A fully vaccinated and boosted person can still catch and spread the virus. So who is to blame if I catch the Rona from a fully vaccinated and boosted person? Is it my fault even though I didn't have the virus? What if I die from this virus that I caught from this fully vaccinated and boosted person... is it their fault yet?

If all the vaccine is actually doing is reducing but not preventing then who cares who is vaccinated or not? I have never had a flu shot. I have had the flue twice my entire adult life that I know of. I am not vaccinated against the Rona. I have had it twice since Biden and his staff released it here to get mail in votes.

I don't get why this is still a topic used to shame people.

Because anti-vaxxers were on the wrong side of science and tried to put forth some quasi-scientific BS out there. It was an embarrassing moment they shouldn't be allowed to forget. Just like the DNC should be and still is shamed for nominating Hilary over Sanders. Just like the DNC shouldn't be allowed to forget they nominated a guy (Biden) who really isn't fit to be in office.

That said now that omicron and BA.5 are clearly not the threat Alpha and Delta were, so mask and vaccine mandates should be put in the circular file.
