Scholarships are not a "government handout". FACT If you mean grants, then 74% of whites use them, 88% of blacks. If they drop out they do not get to keep the difference of money that was not used, regardless of skin color.

What does the color of the kids have to do with the color of the SNAP recipient? If the woman is white, she is white no matter who she slept with. But guess what: biracial kids are not effectively factored in to the stats. They are effectively both black and white for the data, so they don't tilt the stats one way or the other.
