How many people fought against the idea of getting revenge outside our borders for something that happened inside our borders?

This virus is actually waging a war against us, and people are upset that there is a fight to get rid of it or reduce the severest of effects (you know, DEATH). Isn't that odd to you?

A common enemy is what every president PRAYS for. Something to get as many citizens on their side as possible. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend".
COVID is an enemy common to every human on EARTH.
Think about that in terms of the last election.

Here is what I think COVID is. Most labs that deal with viruses will make more severe viruses so they can study them and find out how to kill them. It's pretty common. If you have a lab who answers to a Communist Dictatorship then they can be forced to push the research, cut corners and make mistakes or worse, bio-weapons. I have no doubts this virus came from China. U.S. dollars helped fund research at that lab. The may or may not have been aware of exactly what research was being done or ordered by the CCP. But hey were aware that gain of function research was being done. How the virus got out of the lab I do not know. But it is out and here we are.

There is a difference. The response is dictated by the actions that occurred requiring the response.

An attack on our home soil by terrorist should be met with an overwhelming military response until the threat is no longer.

This virus, any and all funding including future funding should be stopped and the persons/governments responsible for its release on the world should be held accountable by all parties affected.

No response was needed then. The threats died doing their misdeeds. Our soil was once again safe.

Then if you truly believe what the government tells you and has told you about COVID vaccines, you have nothing to worry about. You are protected right? After all, 99.9% of all hospital admissions due to COVID are unvaccinated people. There should be no reason for you to make it your place to tell unvaccinated people to get vaccinated nor should there be a reason for the government to mandate COVID vaccines. What people do with their bodies is up to them and will not affect you because you have the vaccines.

The vaccine reduces severity and viral shedding.
People who are vaccinated can still get sick. Bad enough to knock them out of work for weeks even if not hospitalized.
Millions of work hours being lost due to people not being vaccinated and sharing with those who are vaccinated.

Sorry, but not being vaccinated is not something that affects only the singular person, any more than doing 55 in the fast lane only affects you, or smoking in a restaurant only affects you.
There is a societal impact.

If someone wants to be in society, then they follow the rules and norms of society.
Can't have it both ways (like the d-bags who get stopped while driving and claim "I'm a sovereign citizen. i don't ascribe to your laws" And the cop says. "Then you don't get to drive on the roads the non-sovereign citizens pay for and own. You have no permission. Step put of the car.")

I don't totally disagree with you. What do we do with people like me? I had COVID... pretty bad but not enough to get hospitalized. I recovered. I have had no vaccine. I naturally will now have a natural immunity. Do you think I should still get the vaccine? Am I still a threat?

Off topic: there is no "fast lane." On a road with two lanes in the same direction the left lane is the "passing lane." On a road with three lanes in the same direction the left lane is the "passing lane" the middle lane is the main lane of travel and the right lane is the exit lane or slow lane for truckers or entrance lane.
