Accidentally touched metal to positive

I accidentally touched the pos term on my bat with 1/0 wire for a split second. ( battery of course was grounded) (I tossed the wire like a retard) 

sparks flew momentarily and the end of the wire was soldered.

is my battery okay?

are my grounds okay?

what is affected because of this?

You mean you touched it with a ground wire? IE shorted it...

Battery might be ok, get it load tested at Autozone or Advanced.

Grounds? Who knows, youll have to inspect them yourself.

Fewer brain cells apparently. They may or may not grow back after while.

If you have a DMM, just check the battery with it....resting voltage is anywhere from 13.5-13.8 give or take a little.

Your battery is prob ok but go over things carefully and check it out before you continue your install.

Only prob with that is if he fried a cell it wont show without a load tester.
