hey, thanks for the feedback. it was a b.i. to rip out, you are correct! i wanted the indents though as they both have screws in them that i'm planning on using as part of the mounting process. figured glassing in them would reinforce the area, than put a washer on either side of the glass to reinforce further when it's permanently mounted. i'll definitely post more pics as i proceed as i'm sure i'm gonna need some help/feedback.
