umm...your kidding...right?

If not...let a louisiana resident inlighten you.

(as i know a thing or 2 about humid weather)

When it is humid, the sweat you release does not evaporate quickly.

You get very sweaty and feel much more uncomfortable.

Also, since your sweat does not evaporate and 'wick' the heat away from your body...your body retains more heat. Thus, you feel hotter.

x2

95-100* in Louisiana is way different then 95-100* in Arizona lol

If I had a choice, defiantly Arizona

Haha. Oh, man. Humidity is proof God is real, and has a twisted sense of humor.

It just feels hotter, because, like "canaan" "inlightned" before (real way to spell it is enlighten, btw), the air feels stuffy.

Humid air is denser, which means the molecules are more closely packed together. This makes the air less susceptible to temperature change.

That's why I run a humidifier instead of turning the heat on through most of the fall. Keeps the heat from the day in the room. Plus it keeps me from getting nose bleeds when the air starts to dry out

lol ok the 2nd post basically cleared it up... i was wondering i had no idea

but i definitely know that shity feeling getting out of the shower and your hair cant dry for the next hour and all your clothes stick to you

not my kinda thing since i live in the lake tahoe reno area and the avg humidity is like 13..

lol but today its 75% because all the rain we just had, but it still doesnt feel any bit close as the humidity at the ocean...

why is that ?? ^^^
