NO not one woofer I said i had 2 12's and my bro has 2 15's was just saying my 12's seem to respond faster then his 15's. Obviously 15's will move more air and be louder but I wasn't going for that.

I like larger subs for hip hop and rap type music but when it comes to rock and techno I don't like to go over 12.

you arent understanding this, the size has nothing to do with the size and bigger also doesnt mean louder all the time. it is how it is built, concert halls do not use 12 inch speakers they use 15s and up and they have no problem putting out 300 bpm. its just a coincidence that your 12s are more accurate thatn those 15s, its based on the build of the sub, the box and the purpose.
