Took out the tension arms on the trunk lid to make room for the port, makes it quite a bit heavier..

Thanks, and yea still the XXX10000 for the amp, wired to 1 ohm. May have a plan in the mix down the road to get another XXX10000 and wire them to .5 ohm for comps and 2 ohm daily, I think that'd work out great and really bring power to the table.

I see you took out the tension rods for the trunk,

can the trunk lid still hold it self up fully open, my box is too high

I dont think so when we were looking at it we were thinking he was going to need to put a hood prop or somthing to keep it open(with the amount of foam, dynomat extreme and spectrum sludge on it would barely stay open wit the springs on...lol) ... but i haven't seen it since he did it tonight so...
