Indeed... I think that it works better and makes a more solid seal...I recommend using GOOP for it though...

I used printer paper, cut to the correct size.When you recone a sub, What do you guys use for a shim when dropping in the recone? I've heard some people say a piece of manilla envelope But since there are different gap sizes does it depend on what sub you're reconing?
