Question bout my new HU wiring

I just replaced a stolen head unit with a new Pioneer . . used the same harness then used another brand new harness, and for some reason, the only speakers wanting to work (even make a sound) are the front tweeters (Only playing treble). I can have my rear speakers play, but it's only treble . . there is absolutly no bass whatsoever (stock amp under seat). The door speakers will absolutly not work, no matter how much I tweak the fader. I rechecked my connections numerous times and can't figure it out . . haven't ever had this problem before. I hooked up the stock radio and it's fine . . perhaps it's the Pioneer harness, not the HU harness? Man i'm lost . . . it just won't seem to balance. you have the factory amplifier, if so then that needs to be bypassed or taken out. i always just took it out, and ran all new speaker wire to my speakers and it was very effective and no need to deal with extra adapters and such

maybe there's a remote turn on wire that u may have forgotten to connect going to the factory amp.

No . . I Don't think so . . . I can go right around, take off the harness and just use the male plugs from the dash (with no added harness) and hook up my stock radio, and everything sounds fine. It's when I hook up my Pioneer does my sound fail . .

I went to a car audio shop and they too said it was the factory amp . . . is it a simple task to bypass the amp? it's werid though. . . i had it sitting in my dash (just playin treble, as always) and it kicked on the amp then died again . . *****

Did you hook up the amp turn on wire... blue-white from the pioneer to blue on the other harness. Check the factory amp fuse also... if you said it did kick on at one time...

Did you have an aftermarket radio in there before?

Umm, well now i'm in class so i'm not exactly sure . . . i know I didn't hook up one of the blues becuase it was the automatic antenna wire, but ya I had a shitty dual before it got jacked . .
