Need help setting up 4 channel amp please.

Keep it on 2ch, bridge the speakers to each set, run from output to input or both sets of RCAs. IIRC some amps only need one set of inputs and it'll still power all 4 ch, not sure when you are bridging 2ch each to make a 2ch amp. Also the xover if you use it on the amp usually only needs to be run on one set and it'll cross over the other side as well.

I would try a pair of Bass Blockers on the rear speakers. I always place them on Coax. speakers generally, Should help quite a bit I like PAC ones...
