Were those amps made in the same buildhouse as the soundstream amps of that time? Because i remember a soundstream amp that had the same casing, 6-channel, looked just like it. But beautiful amp.

Yah those are the specs. the guy i bought it from said it can be ran at 1 ohm cuz he used it on his XXX and it gives off tons of power. I was running it off 2 ohms and it was good.

No. Only the newer style Memphis Belle is 1 ohm stable. The Fultrons are not.
