kenwood kdc-bt952hd subwoofer setting

kenwood kdc-bt952hd is not sending a signal to the sub to turn it on. Connections are solid. I'm sure it has a sub om off option. But I can't seem to find it. Anyone have experience with this HU? All advice will be appreciated

remote wire on amp? if not maybe try turn the unit off and hold the menu/source button, should bring up another menu
