How to use clarion dxz 785usb bluetooth?

So I just recently got the droid x and it occured to me taht you can bluetooth things such as pandora and slacker radio over to a bluetooth radio. My question is, HOW? Will something like this work?

Or does it have to be a special audio one that recieves audio. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, as I would like to order a bluetooth adapter TODAY.

ahh i see you need their stupid ass bluetooth adapter. 50 dollars............ Thats to lot to substitute an aux in cable

yea no love with the dongle it says device error, shucks this would have been sweet
