I just got a 1998 Volvo C70 looking to put in a double din touch screen but not sure whose got good stuff when it comes to the touch screens.

I would like it to have an input for an iPod apart from that nothing else needed DVD playback, blue tooth, satellite ready are just extra perks that I'm not too concerned about.

The car has a bose system in it currently if that information helps I'm not sure.

Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...

Bluetooth only head unit
There are a couple of options. You can use a marine bt unit. They come in the size of a hockey puck and can mount anywhere. This is the marine unit.
