No, its wood, just a very well done vinyl job.

Probably raised lettering CNC'd and then vinyl or similar fabric vacuum fitted over the piece

its just like 1/4 inch wood cut to shape and very good vinyl skills..nothing more nothing less..

lol, you bet your balls. thats what i would do too.

you can use wood or foam works well too. just gotta make sure you shape it nicely or you wil see all the imperfections through the vynal. carpit will cover better, but its harder to work with.

to attach the material down, you gotta heat the material and use some good glue. take your time and expect to have trouble with it, lol.

like someone just said, it's more skill and patience than tricks

i'm sure getting PAID for it helps a lot with patience....
