whatever that is on the lead makes me wonder about the sub. also, it looks like there is silicone on the backside of the surround/cone joint...

sub is D4 right? could you possibly get some better pics? you said it was mounted inverted so...

every pic imagineable that I could get lol. everyone of the leads have a coating on them. not for sure if it is supposed to be there or not. looks blue in pics but it is clear. I havent had the sub since new but it is in my car as the pics show and plays great!
