I told him it would be very tough to make that bigass van loud, but he's determined and loves his van. Should make for a loud daily anyway:)

 
I think it'll be okay. He peaks in the low 40's and it'll match up nicely with the box tuning.

Okay, finished pic, after roundovers and final sanding. I'm pretty excited about how the port came out:)
