I would like to have a custom set-up in my trunk. I want the speakers facing towards the front of the car in the opening where the back seat folds down. Thinking going with two subs and in between the subs two ports. If the box takes up half the trunk and I plan on using MMats Pro-Series or Pro-Cast 12s, how much power will I need to get at least a respectable 140.

how big is the box? whats is tuned to? what car?

I would fire the subs and port backward toward the licence plate. Most of the times its louder.
