Would a lci72pro sound just as good as an aftermarket HU or almost as good? I don’t want to replace my head unit but I have 1 amp and a sub and don’t want to mess up the sound.

The LC7i Pro is a very good quality unit that will likely have as good or better noise specs than most any HU out there. It's one of the better LOCs you could use. It will not degrade your HU quality at all.
