Go to lowes or homedepot, buy big tube of 6" pvc for like 17$ then cut down to size , get heat gun and form flares with some type of circular bowl. like this -

SSA Dcon is my vote... only needs 3-400 watts, gets pretty dang loud, and sounds good doing it.

Some speakers work well in enclosures and some dont, only way to find out is to go and test what works for you! if you dont like how they sound free air then build enclosures for em, and vice versa
