Making a long story short here. I've been on this forum for almost 10 years without a single issue. How surprising i thought.
"cadillacking" Bought a Sundown SAZ3500v1 on here from me for 568 Shipped. I shipped UPS and he received the item. The package and amp got damaged in shipping. Speaker terminal insert box got pushed in. It happened to me a few months ago I just filed a UPS claim and it was resolved in a week. Well i told him hey lets get a hold of UPS and start a claim monday morning and it can all be resolved in 5-7 days. He said no he doesnt want to wait on a UPS claim and just wants me to refund him and I deal with UPS. I dont believe thats how it goes. Im not going to pay for something just because he doesnt have some patients.
