Bought a 10" Type R on the 21st of February.
Got the run a round with shipping which it didn't really bother me about that.
Out of the blue on March 23rd, he claims it was shipped and they were not able to find my address.....no tracking number or nothing for proof.
Simply asked for a refund as the sub was no longer needed or to just actually send the damn thing to me. Got a reply back about him buying another 12". He hasn't been on since then.
I even sent my address again so maybe he would ship it but he hasn't been on.
Opened a dispute today as it is closing in on my 45 day cushion with PayPal.
Didn't want it to be this way but I guess times are getting hard
