panasonic dilemma

hi i have a 2000 bmw 323ci and i was going to get either the panasonic CQVAD7300U or the 7200u. I'm not sure what the difference between each is yet. Can anybody recommend me one to buy? also, is the tv tuner worth it? i am mainly interested in just watching basic channels. Another thing is i want to hookup my stock cd changer and my ps2 to the unit is that possible without buying any other stuff. One last question, how hard is it to install and how much $$ am i looking at for install? is it possible to diy?
