For one person sure, you split that up across multiple mods/sections (each section should have its own one or two mods, then supermods for entire site who can overrule section mods) and it should be easy, problem is lack of mods and lack of trusting people with modship. @whitedragon551 is working on his Graduate degree, something tells me he doesn't have a whole load of time for this place. He even said he can't do it by himself and I wouldn't ask him to as it is a full-time job for one person. I've mentioned before, plenty of other forums have multiple tiered mods and it spreads the load of work and makes it so that it doesn't require a lot from each section mod. Maybe Administrator could open Mod applications, then those who are interested could apply and Admin along with any other current mods could review the applications and choose someone based on their app and post history. Admin should be able to set it up so the new mod receives a 30-90 day probationary period, if the person proves themselves then they become a permanent "section" mod. New section mod then needs to prove themselves for at least a year possibly longer depending on need before they're given "Super-Mod" powers. Section mods can provide up to 7 day vacations (nothing permanent), can move OP's to appropriate sections and can lock threads only in the sections they're responsible for. Super-Mods can overrule section mods and undo section mod actions. Not sure why everyone is acting like this is rocket science, its really easy and pretty much any large forum runs this way. IE: reddit, r1-forum, ls1tech, cumminsforum, and calguns just to name a few. Just seems like this forum has a history with some power drunk mods in the past and that has made Admin or others a little gun shy to hand out mod privileges. While I understand this, from a "New Guy" it's also hurting the community as well. I appreciate the work @whitedragon551 and @Administrator put in, just hope they can find more good people to help out so it's not just on the two of them.
