How far from the battery in the back is your amp? The fuse is to protect your rear battery and wire in the event of a short. This would hopefully prevent your vehicle from catching fire. For sure, use a fuse after your front battery and before your rear battery on the 2/0 power run.</p><p></p><p>350A is too much. 300 fuses is what you should be using maximum, especially if your amp is only fused to 140 amps.
