[QUOTE="MisterDeadeye, post: 7462254, member: 611015"] Your last post somehow didn't address anything I said in the post you quoted. You started on again about justifying your hatred for him by saying he meant to offend you. I didn't mention anything about the government or how it's corrupt in my last post -- I was just talking about the Constitution and the rights we're all born with. You started off the topic with saying how everyone needs to hate him because he offended you. Is he not allowed to say what he wants in a song? Is he not allowed to have different opinions than you? You are well within your rights to take offense to his words, but when you decide he can't have rights because he is different than you is the same thing as racism or sexism. The only difference is that it's a guy who hates war rather than an Asian man or a woman. I'm not calling you racist. Why does he need to be kicked out of the business or whatever just because he said something about the military? Honesty, the hypocrisy you're exhibiting is astounding. You have a right to hate him and try to force him out of mainstream music because he used the rights you give him to bash you? I don't think you should spend any amount of time hating someone for disliking what you do, but I think you especially should understand that he has the right to say something that you see as offensive. Because you keep bringing up the fact that I will never understand something, I'm letting you know that you'll never understand what it's like to look at the situation objectively enough to see that you are being unreasonable. He deserves a few people hating him, sure. It's your right to hate him. It's NOT your right to decide his fate because he offended you. It's NOT your right to shut him up. Of course he or his manager sent out an apology. You(referring to every angry person in this topic and similar people in the US in general) all are going to make everyone refuse to buy his music because he took advantage of the first right given to man and woman in the United States.
