Message: <blockquote data-quote="pilyin" data-source="post: 4942172" data-attributes="member: 550430">That's not true.  If it's from Ebay the buyer can claim significantly not as described and will probably win.  I had it with a set of speakers I sold.  It was pretty clear that one of them got a screwdriver through the cone, but he claimed that he got them that way and paypal would have sided with him if he had gotten it in the mail by the dead line.He'll be told to return the item and provide proof of shipping and the seller will be asked to refund the money and verify it.  Do you have a picture of the original serial number?  That might come in handy in this case.</blockquote>
