WTB: W7 or XXX, AMP, 5.25 comps, and HEADUNIT

Basically I'm looking to get my whole system on friday. I'm looking for either a w7 or xxx between 10" and 13" for the w7. Also looking for good comps 5.25 in size and an amp to power the sub and highs. I'm not picky on amps I jus want a good amp that looks good as well. Last of all I'm looking for a headunit like a pioneer 780mp or alpine 9853. I'm an open book and I have about $1400 to spend so let me know what you guys got.
