Message: <blockquote data-quote="dakar8" data-source="post: 5764397" data-attributes="member: 553285"><p>From what I remember it mostly had to do with the 15" version.  They revised the design from a plain carbon back and put an aluminum backing sheet on the cone to prevent the t-joint from coming undone.  I personally have a 12A sealed (hoping to port it soon) and love it.
