there's 2 gas stations across the street from each other down the road. one is 3.51 and the other is 3.49 why is the cheaper lined up to the road, and the other one is dead??? what's .2 cents?

anyways..i'm not a big baller with a fat bank roll in my pocket at all times, i have a child on the way and have bills to pay so if i can save 10 bucks i'm on it!
