[QUOTE="lovindabass, post: 6036024, member: 606900"] thanks but I kinda want something I can just power up and not have to worry about what kind of abuse its been thru. Being that is an older sub I am a little shakey about it. Even if it hasn't seen full power and was well taken care of I still feel a little more comfortable about getting a newer sub. I'm now in the market for some XXX 15's d4 or d2 doesn't matter. I am putting this in a 2005 dodge dakota lol. And I have a box already built for 4 cubes after all displacement. First designed for an Atomic APX 12 that I may still consider. If I build the top plate with fiberglass I will then have about 4.38 cuft because i'm going to dome the top ( just a bs number I assume I wont gain a whole lot of airspace with doing this but I may be wrong. RE says that 4 cubes is optimum but We all know that thats for a meager music box. So i'm going to try and get the most out of my current box that I can.
