WTB headunit and 2-channel/mono amp

OK, my headunit died on me; I think it got fried when I was pulling my center console - some wire must have grounded and shorted it or something; anyway I'm looking for an inexpensive CD player headunit. It will be replacing an old school DEH-1000, and honestly I wasn't unhappy with that unit so basically what I'm looking for is:

cd player

CD-R playback would be nice

at least 1 set of pre-amp outputs for a single sub

I'm gonna need a wiring harness and diagram for the unit to splice into the factory wiring too

I would like one thats not flashy and it *HAS* to have a black face - silver would look like dog **** in my car

Stuff like older Alpine, Pioneer, Eclipse etc would be good, nothing too shitty (ie no Duals/JVCs please)

Also looking for a 2-channel or mono amp; needs to put out 300w RMS (12.5 - 13v) at 4 ohms - so either a 300w rms mono amp or a 2-channel that will give 300w rms bridged at 4ohm. To give you an idea, I was thinking along the lines of an MTX 302 or similar - again, not looking for something baller like Zapco, but nothing totally crappy like Lightning/Lanzar...just middle of the road - mtx, kicker, cadence etc

BTW, I'm not a fan of any sony products so lets skip those too

Alpine3612, thats a nice headunit, but really I'm not even looking for something that nice; I was hoping to spend under $80 for a used unit, not much of a budget I know, but considering I'm not that picky I figure it should be doable; thanks for the offer though
