WTB complete system

Ok here is what i am looking for. and nothing is brand specific.

i am replacing the stereo in my truck i am looking for a satellite ready, ipod compatible head unit and 2- 6x9 speakers and 2- 5 1/4 speakers. i allready have the box with 2- 10 inch kicker comp's and a kicker amp. i am plan on powering the subs with the amp. so the head unit needs to be able to power all 4 speakers. have cash in hand lets make a deal.
