WTB CHEAP CHEAP headunit

My friend is selling his truck and wants to keep the Alpine thats in there now for his Z but he doesnt have another one to put in the truck. He wants one as cheap as he can get to put in the ranger to sell. All he needs is something that works fine, plays CDs and radio. Thats all that matters. Can anyone help? If so, list the price.
