if you are not opposed to Hifonics you can get 2- 12" D4 Zeus subs ( 500 rms ) and the HFi 1000D monoblock new for 300 or less...depending on where ya buy...

if warranty is not an issue I am sure ebay has alot of them or maybe sonic.. if not I can arrange a sale for you for 250 plus shipping

Eclipse XA5000 for $180+ shipping. Pick a sub that can handle an under rated 300@4 or 420@2 and you have an amp for your entire system.
