you can use 8" sonotube. just fiberglass it so it doesnt flex.

Ive used sono tubes lots of times without fiberglass with no problems, i just want to try something else.

are there any companies that make an 8" aero port? Are you looking for a round port with flared ends?

Not that i know of. I know a few people make them but nobody responds or cost is too much like for metal ones. Id like to find one made from pvc.

Make yer own......there is lots of online tutorials. For the amount of time you have been waiting and bumping this thread you could have made one already.

Ive made a few of my own since ive made this thread but never out of pvc.

If 8" pipe was easier to find around here id think about making them and selling since theyre so hard to find.

And its not like im waiting to until i find one to build a box, id just like to find one to try out to compare to my 2 6" aeros.
