It's close to 470 shipped, but their solid amps, underrated, rated @ 12volts, and get the job done compared to the bxi2006 i was playing with. Used to have the 1606 and played with the 2006, both amps get hot quickly. But they never shut off on me. The hercules never got hot me and i was very pleased with this amp.
