well, i have had my experiences with iraggi alts as well, but mine have been good. im not saying anyone in this thread is lieing or not, but all of my experiences have been very good. i ordered my 240 alt from dom last spring, and it took abuot a week and a half for him to make it. being that he only lives about 30 minutes from me, he said it would be silly to pay shipping charges when i could just go down and pick it up, so i did. well, the 240 i ordered ended up doing about 300amps at 1800 rpm, but for some reason, the idle amps were extremely low, would only charge the batt to about 12.5 at idle, when my stock alt would show 13.9-14.1 at idle. i called dom about it, and he told me that my idle rpms(about 550) was really low, and that we had a few possible solutions to fix it. i could either get my rpms raised by reprogramming my computer in my truck, he could machine me a smalled underdrive pulley, or i could take it back to him and he would bring up the idle output, but doing that would lower the peak output just a little. well, the next weekend i was going down to showfest, in greenville mississippi, and i decided i would wait until after the show to do the fix. while i was at the show, about 6 hours from home, in the middle of no where(exactly where greenville is, haha), the alt died on me(about 3 months after getting it), and no auto parts store in the fuggin state it seemed like had an alt to fit my truck. well, luckily enough my roommates dads lived about an hour from where we were, and he came and got us, and let us use one of his vehicles to drive back to nashville, and we just left mine there. i brought the alt back with me, dom fixed it in one day, no questions asked, even though it was beyond his warrantied timeframe. i took it back with me to retrieve my truck the next weekend, put it in, and have never had a problem since. everytime i have had a question, he has always answered the phone, and been quick to reply to emails when i have done that. in short, i wouldnt hesitate a minute to do business with dom again, or recommend him to someone else for the HO alt needs. i know most of this was pointless, but how often do i get to tell my stuck in the middle of no where story on the forums? haha
