Instead, the manufacturing mgr. came up to me, later on during the day, and says...well we generally give 50 cents or a dollar for those who do really good for their first 90 days. In this case, your doing really good so 1.50 is increased on your wage....which is now 13.50. So....am I happy about it? Sure am. Funny thing is they need employees so maybe thats part of the reason I got it. I wanted 14....I really should be making 15-16 but can&#039;t complain I guess. This is just a side job, tho it is 36 hrs get paid for 40 for the wknd shift.</p></blockquote><p></p>
