i'm planning on upgrading my electrical system with my next paycheck. right now i'm running 2 12" sd2.5s with a kx1200 amp and i have the big three done. in the near future i also planning on getting 6.5 comps up front and 6x9 coaxles in the rear and i'm gonna be running at least 200 more watts. so my system will be running approx. 1500 watts give or take. i'm planning on buying a deka intimidator battery and putting that in my trunk and i found a 130 amp alternator and i was wondering if 130 amps will be good enough for about a 1500 watt system? this is all in a 1994 honda accord ex. thanks!

you will be fine, but upgrade your stock battery before you put a battery in the trunk

ok cool, thanks so far guys. what's more critical, upgrading the stock battery first or upgrading the alternator first?
