Do you recommend ports, and if so, what length, diameter, and position(top, side, front). Any help would be appreciated.

[QUOTE="mli_699, post: 614906, member: 557976"] I have (2) Lanzar MAX12D's dual voice coil subs @ 4 ohms per coil with a max wattage of 1000 watts @ 2 ohms and 500 watts @ 4 ohms each sub.(4ohm nom. impedance). I plan to connect them to a Lanzar HTG 244 Heritage amp. 2x250W RMS at 4 OHMS. 2x500W Max at 4 OHMS 1x1000W Max at 4 OHMS Bridged. 2x420W RMS at 2 OHMS and 2 Ohm Stereo Stable Operation Bridgeable at 4 Ohms THD: 90dB Channel Separation: >65dB Stereo, Bridge and Tri-Mode System Application Compatible One of two questions is: how do I wire the subs and the amp to get the most out of them. I saw some diagrams on one of the posts about the Fosgates but it was unclear to me because I only saw one positive and negative lead running from the amp to the subs. Was it a one-channel amp? If it was a two-channel amp, why wasn't leads running from the amp to one sub and then the other? Maybe I need to be explained about how the diagrams are set up. Any help?!
