Now the sub is putting out a 2 ohm load and the amp is giving it 500 watts at 2 ohms. I have a 2003 ford taurus with the stock radio and a line out converter in the back. I dont have it grounded which i dont know if its the problem. But anyways to the problem; turn on the car and start playing the music the amp turns on then the sub starts playing one tone and its loud and doesnt change. And when i turn it down to 0 volume it still has it and it dies off. I cant play the sub bec of this problem. And my amp is still really hot after playing (burnt my hand after touching it for a sec) dont know why its like this but ams in madison said its normal since its old technology. Please give me a suggestion bec i want to bump lol.</p></blockquote><p></p>
