American accessories 4g is smaller then Rockford 10g. hence the kit is like 20 bucks. keep that in mind and a real 4g kit with real 16g wire is just fineif your worried about cost that amp should run fine off 8g at 2ohms but id recommend the 4g (i'm assuming u bought the 1kw amp to add another sub later on or more upgrade options or something?)</blockquote>
