There are a lot of high end guitar cables that are made of silver instead of gold, copper, or nickel. At least that's what I've been told at a couple of local music shops a few years ago when I was buying all of my bass equipment. Of course I didn't buy the $100 silver cable, I got the cheap Ernie Ball cable. I wonder if that does any justice to my Fender/Ampeg setup. As far as power wire goes, silver probably wouldn't be any better than copper. I've got Stinger Pro 1/0 and some JL 1/0. The Stinger looks thicker, but I think the JL has a very thin insulation. I don't have any pics as it's almost all in my car now.</p></blockquote><p></p>
