Message: <blockquote data-quote="mutt_hollon" data-source="post: 2269828" data-attributes="member: 570514">ok guys...thanks for the help so far... i tryed to run one channel of the amp to each vc...so one channel to the right and one channel to the left...using both sides of the amp and the sub was getting hot.....so then i bridged it and ran it bridged to one vc and i ran it in a series...i guss...it looked like this....from amp (Bridged) to one + and -.....the other + and - on the sub were conected by a spair wire, but this side did not thouch the vc going to the amp....it also got hot and had a smell..what do i do now....i put it back the way i had it....with is only using one side of the amp and running at a 2 ohm load....but i think that only using one side of the amp is hurting it.....</blockquote>
