Facing front and rear is not an option, there isn't enough room in my truck. It's sitting on my bucket seat behind the passengers seat, that's the only way my box will fit at all. I just changed it so it is firing sideways towards the bucket seat behind the drivers seat. That should take care of most of the sunlight. Is it safe to put armor all on the sub surround? I know the surround can be damaged by drying caulk and other things. I don't to put something on it that will cause damage.
